IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Fox Manufacturing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
