IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
