IT Support Specialist - device setup (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Orchard Environmental Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
