IT Support Specialist - device setup (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook Vista Manufacturing is a San Antonio manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
