IT Support Specialist - device setup (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Quarry Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
