IT Support Specialist - device setup (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sable Financial Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
