IT Support Specialist - device setup (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Summit Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
