IT Support Specialist - device setup (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Ashton Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Salt Lake City, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
