IT Support Specialist - device setup (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Hollow Inspection Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
