IT Support Specialist - device setup (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Inspection Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 751 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
