IT Support Specialist - device setup (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
