IT Support Specialist - device setup (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Clear Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
