IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Lumen Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Orlando, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
