IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Clearpath Glen Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Boston presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
