IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Greenridge Ivory Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Omaha. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
