IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Fresno plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
