IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
