IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tulsa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
