IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Stonegate River Financial Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
