IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Nova Juniper Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
