IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Harborlight Fox Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Fort Worth region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
