IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Bluepeak Mill Energy Group is an energy provider in San Diego focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
