IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Lumen Pine Markets is a Savannah retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
