IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Summit Keystone Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Seattle, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 351 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
