IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Highbridge Oak Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
