IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
