IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Silverline Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Albuquerque with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
