IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Stonegate Willow Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
