IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Cedar Keystone Health runs clinics and patient services around Reno. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
