IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Richmond presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
