IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Harborlight Legal Group provides legal services in Oklahoma City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
