IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Columbus, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
