IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Linden Facilities and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
