IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
