IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Silverline Wilder Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Detroit area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
