IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
