IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Foxglove Keystone Civic Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
