IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Little Rock, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 517 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
