IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Foods Group is a San Antonio food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
