IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Haven Insurance Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
