IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Clearpath Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Tulsa area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
