IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Des Moines, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
