IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Harborlight Nest Manufacturing is a Memphis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
