IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Rivermark Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
