IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Harbor Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
