IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Lumen Willow Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
