IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
