IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Civic Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
