IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rowan Hospitality Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
