IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Highbridge Mill Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Atlanta, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
